National Job Shadow Day is on Feb. 2nd. In recognition of this day we have chosen to do a Job Shadow Day on Monday, January 30th. Juniors and seniors will be encouraged to find a job shadow experience that they can participate in on that day. Students may transport themselves to their job site (with parental permission) or, if some students need transportation, transportation will be provided to Jamestown sites only. If students need help finding or contacting a potential job shadow site, they can stop by my office and I will assist them.
I am hoping to be able to schedule a tour of some sort for that day as well. If I am able to do so, students will job shadow for part of the day and will then participate in the tour the rest of the day. Those who need transportation will be back in time to meet the bus.
